Year Four had an exciting day at the iconic Tower Bridge. The day began with a tour and, in the afternoon, they participated in a hands-on bridge-building workshop.
The tour brought history to life as pupils explored the engine rooms, marvelled at the incredible views from the high-level glass floor walkway, and learned how the famous bridge was designed and constructed. Inspired by what they saw, the children then took part in a creative workshop where they worked in teams to design, build, and test their own model bridges using real engineering principles.
